New Contemporary Residential Architecture in Potter Highlands
ArcWest (States) Architects has received preliminary approval by the HUNI neighborhood Association and the Landmark Preservation Commission for a contemporary residential architecture project in the Potter Highlands Historic District. The new urban home, and rear yard (ADU) additional dwelling unit and garage is designed to complement but not replicate the character of the historic neighborhood. The new three story home using traditional forms and materials on the Bryant Street elevation will transition to contemporary residential architecture providing the indoor/outdoor spaces the owners require. This is the second successful design for Bacon Lane Architect LLC this year in the Potter Highlands Historic District, approved by the neighborhood HUNI & Landmark.
