Commercial Redevelopment Approved
Bacon Lane Architect LLC received a “thumbs up” to proceed with exterior and site improvements for a change of use project at 1421 Dayton Street. This commercial redevelopment project is located along the East Colfax Arts District and funded in part by the Aurora Community Development Department.
Le Peep | Restaurant Design features Barista Coffee Bar
Bacon Lane Architect LLC assisted the new owner for the planning and design to retrofit a Le Peep restaurant in an existing commercial stand alone building. The New Breakfast / Lunch / Special Event Restaurant will open in Louisville soon.
