Commercial Redevelopment | Architecture
ArcWest (States) Architects received the “thumbs up” to proceed forward with the Commercial Redevelopment project at 1421 Dayton Street. The exterior and site improvements are part of the scope for the change of use project. The existing building is located along the East Colfax Arts District. The commercial redevelopment is funded in part by the Aurora Community Development Department.
Building improvements to this muti-tenant space will include modern/deco themed architectural features to improve the buildings curb appeal and provide a backdrop for tenant signage. Large floor to ceiling storefront glass will provide a visible and welcoming experience for both employees and customers.
East Colfax is drawing attention from both retail and service businesses due to its diverse population, high traffic and location neighboring Lowery, Stapleton and the The Fitzsimons Life Science District . Follow this blog for future design updates.
