The rendering portrays an artistic image of a prospective mixed use project being considered in a NW States neighborhood, Rendering was developed once the due-diligence efforts and planning studies were complete to understand the nature and constraints of the proposed site.
The project design presented to the Nederland Community Library will create a “green” building design that will incorporate sustainable features and practices from the inception.
The decrease in construction cost will certainly improve both the level of and length of time for a return on investment in a capital project. Taking into effect the continued decline, and the time required to bring a project to fruition, it is truly “Time to Plan”.
