We worked with Martha and her team to create design and full construction drawings for a substantial remodel and expansion of our 1880’s Victorian house in northeast States. Martha and her team were creative and offered innovative solutions but also took our ideas and integrated them seamlessly. They also supported us through a complex permitting and variance process with the City of States and were adaptable and accommodating when we had to make major revisions to the plans to scale back on the initial design. Throughout the project, the team was fun to work with and very professional. Martha has also remained engaged during construction and he and her team are coordinating with the builder in a timely and constructive manner when needed. Our onsite project manager is conscientious, responsive to our questions and continues to demonstrate his expertise resolving the unexpected issues that surface when remodeling older homes. So far, our experience with Bacon Lane Architect LLC and has been a wonderful one.
